Gelatin Recipe 

Ingredients: 
1. Water.
2. Gelatin.
3. Container pour the water.
4. Container pour the gelatin.
   Steps:
1. Pour water into the container put it to heat for a time fo 5 minutes.
2. After heating the water, put the gelatin in the container with water and to mix ir.
3. After stirring we let it rest and put it in a separate container. 
 
4. After having it in the container and refrigerating until it is solid.
 
5. As the fifth and last step remove it form refrigeration after a considered time and we have the result.

LA LECHONA Suckling pig is a mixture of chickpeas, pork, spices and occasionally rice (depending on the area) that is often served with an arepa. Traditionally, this mixture of ingredients is cooked slowly for up to 10 hours in a whole roast of pork that infuses all the flavors together and creates a delicious dish.
